Video Participativo

Participatory Video (PV) empowers communities to tell their own stories, share knowledge, and shape their own development. By creating video messages, marginalized groups gain a platform to be seen, heard, and recognized, challenging stereotypes and ensuring authentic representation.

More than a tool for documentation, PV fosters local ownership and agency, allowing participants to control how they are portrayed while capturing lived experiences, cultural insights, and development priorities. Through hands-on learning, communities gain skills to use video technology, craft narratives, and engage with local leaders, turning communication into a driver of real change.
